A massive thanks to Steve on Saturday as I forgot I put an expensive item in basket in Excess of £250 in error. Bought an inexpensive item for £13 and total PayPal cost shocked me due to my error not checking. On speaking to Steve item was removed from order as promised. Accounts refunded me today Monday. Excellent company which there were more with your efficient staff and top customer service A++++
